Job Qualification Requirements:
Applicants must have at least twenty-four (24) months of work experience as massages therapists. With proven experience as a massages therapists of various therapeutic massage
techniques, soft tissue anatomy, and joint mobilization methods. Ability to assess clients physical condition, identify areas of concern, and recommend appropriate treatments. Knowledge
of health and safety standards for maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment. Ability to stand or remain seated position for extended periods while performing treatments.
Companies' shop is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The employees' work schedule is flexible; it's either employees work 3 hours in the morning or 2 hours in the afternoon or,
depending on the number of clients they have, an appointment scheduled on certain day(s). The employees' offered work hours are 35 hours per week with flexible rest/meal breaks and
day-offs.

Prince Corporation, is seeking 3 (three) temporary, full-time massage therapists for an anticipated employment period from
November 25, 2026, to November 24, 2027.

Wage Information:
• Basic Wage Rate Paid: $13.28 per hour
• Overtime Wage Rate Paid: $19.92 per hour (time and a half) for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week.

Other Material Terms and Conditions of the Job Offer:
The Employer will offer Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours
equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of
the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on
the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will
provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment
to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will
provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the
worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with
another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of
employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and
reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
